Convert Abaqus standard 3D model to LS-Dyna format

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a piece of software which can convert an Abaqus 3D standard model to a decent LS-Dyna model format? I know that Hypermesh can not do this. Also, if there is a free downloadable package that can do this that would be great to know too. Thanks.
