Conversion of Maxwell-Stefan into Fick diffusion coefficients

Hi everyone,

I have Maxwell-Stefan and self diffusion coefficients for a binary mixture, and would like to have the Fick's ones. What Wikipedia says to the conversion: "Only the diffusion coefficients for the binary and ternary case can be determined with reasonable effort." Well, I have a binary case, so it should be possible, somehow... But I haven't found the way to do it yet.

May be somebody here can help me?

The brute force approach would be to fit Fick's diffusion equation to the same curve(s). However, this might give you some insight:
