Convergence Issues with a contact constraint

I’m having trouble with my model not converging. It is a thermal-mechanical analysis with a contact condition in place between the two plate along with a heat flux. I know the convergence issue is tied to the contact constraint because it will run when it is suppressed. I have attached the .cae file and was hoping someone could take a look at it and tell me if I have the contact constraint defined right or if anything else looks out of line.
