Controlling position and scal of views automatically

I have views of parts that change size because they are family-table-driven. Somehow, you can have them automatically change size and even scale, and I can't rememer how. I searched help, no help. Drawing reps doesn;t look like it will work because it only control visibility, not position and scale.
