I've created an area calculation equation to project on drawings sheet for every sheet metal part ... but the problem is that I can't find a way to control the number of decimals as sometimes the value show 7 digits after 0.

Thanks,

round([all the rest of your equation],[the number of places you want after the decimal])

Thanks ... I tried your formula but it's not working

here's my equation if you can elaborate:
"Area"= ("SW-Volume" / "Thickness" ) * 0.00694444444

Does the curley brackets enclosing the significant figures work in notes? {3}

"Area"= ROUND(("SW-Volume" / "Thickness" ) * 0.00694444444,1)

Thank you so much ... works perfectly
