Control Room Log Book Software

Hello,

I work at a small electric utility where the log book for the System Coordinator is kept as a manual handwritten document in a hard cover bound journal.

Does anyone know of any software that could replace handwritten journal entries? This would allow others to review the daily entries without having to travel or have the page copied and faxed.

The program should have a time/date stamp function and security on who does the entry.
