continuous purlins and girts in sap2000

In my 3d model of a warehouse. I have purlins and gifts spanning between portal frames and acting as continuous members.

I have also modelled shells in roof and walls to act as metal deck.

I want to analysis these shell elements for checking panel shear resistance.

I want the method for making the purlins and girts continuous.

Also I want to know can I restrict out of plane action of my metal deck. What should I do for that

Please help
