I am having trouble with results while performing a contact analysis. I have attempted two methods of results output formats; MASTER/DBALL and .OP2 (not at the same time). When the run is finished the Job Status for both says "Failed", however, when .OP2 is selected, a .OP2 is created and I am able to import the results file. When MASTER/DBALL is selected no results files are created, thus nothing can be imported. I guess my question is:
1. When the Job Status says "Failed" but an .OP2 is created, are those results skewed/incorrect?
2. Why is it saying it Failed but still creating a .OP2 results file?
3. Why isn't a MASTER/DBALL file be created?
4. Is a MASTER/DBALL results file necessary for contact analysis?
I have checked both f06 files and there are no fatal errors and it runs through 100% of the load in both cases.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
