Consumables for code case 2864 pipes

What consumables shall be used for welding of Code case 2864 material?

Only Grade 91 base metal was addressed in this Code Case. Consumable selection is outside the scope, and is left up to the designer by qualification of a WPS.

It's not a code requirement but usually a customer req. See if you can look for MS-HRSG-0002 or DEP 30.10.60.18 as they both seem to be adopted by most. Others like to use API TR938-B.
