It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all.
 
Those gravity concrete structures of the 1970's were something else.

The real fun is coming now as people try and either keep them going or wonder what to do with them because they aren't going to be re-floated....

The cormorant alpha platforms were rather big as well

I have seen (but can't find) footage of Phillips raising Ekofisk after it settled a 'little'.
