depends what you mean by good amount of participants...
first google hit using the term "construction manage forum" got
You don't say whether your are based in the states or elsewhere but there is also the construction management association of america forums / fora (?)
From what i could see the issue could be that forums or fora aren't heavily used so you could be onto a non-starter.
