construction management software

I am looking for a software package that could be used for construction management tracking of such things as, cost, QA/QC, labor, progress,scheduling etc...

Usually I find myself creating multiple spreadsheets for all these different areas, and I was looking for in all in one type software that you can create an initial database in and then have the software track all the various items.

Is there a good software package out there that others have used?
