const. lines

I have been trying to layout some part designs. When I click on const line, select hor., specify through point- 6. I then checked the dist. of the two horiz lines and it is never 6.000, it is always .005 to .030 less than the entered 6. My osnap and ortho are on. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you are having and AutoCAD question. Could you be more specific?
