So a contractor I am working with wants to place all of his concrete at the maximum water/cement ratio to control the consistency of the color in his concrete
The cylinder test data at the water / cement maxed out, has met or exceeded the specification. Keeping the slump under the maximum allowed of 5" is a problem at max water. What helps controlling the consistency of the color shade in colored concrete?
