Hello, everybody
I have a trouble with structure analysis of two materials in Mechanica. I made a plastic tank with steel bands. It is created as a part and maked with surfaces. I assigned a thicknees all surfaces in Mechanica. Profile of band is hollow rectangle with thicknees 3 mm. The thicknees of the tanks wall is 20 mm. I think that result isn't valid. The stress von Mises is too large (290 MPa). The medium in the tank is water. Maximal hydrostatical pressure is 0.047 MPa. I dont know how to determine relation between steel bands and plastic wall. I was trying it in the assembly too and I didn't know define connection between two parts.
If you could help me, please.
Thanks
