I have a case where I need to condense steam from 10Barg and 180C to atmospheric conditions. This is made more interesting in that the steam has been cooking animal carcasses for an hour or so. As a result I expect to see triglycerides etc condensing with the steam or acting as an exchanger fouling agent if the cooling side is too low.
Has anyone has experience with something like this to indicate the type of exchanger best suited and possible cooling medium (glycol?).
