Condensation in industrial truck mounted computers

We have a problem of condensation build up inside the unit and we need either a plug, valve to drain the water out or something to prevent the condensation in the first place.

What is "the unit"? What is the environment?

simple answer, air conditioning or use of silica gel dessicants. the problem with dessicants is they can saturate and they have to be replaced.
