Concrete Permeability Testing

I'm currently investigating options for conducting permeability testing on concrete, particularly hoping to use ASTM standard C 1202 - 97. Are there any laboratories that currently conduct this particular test?

Or is there a more standard test method that I should investigate perhaps? Either way I'd appreciate any input.
