Agree with the first poster in that your best bet is a general frame analysis software coupled with MS Excel or MathCAD for the design portions.
At 18' (6 meters) span you're just at the limit for precast and you might be able to get a version of Boxcar. However, be mindful that this for precast which generally uses higher strength concrete than is typical for cast-in-place field work. It should get you in the ball park for preliminary design.
Check out CALTRANS website as they have a nice example for culvert design in their manual. Other DOTs will likely have the same.

ztengguy, were they boxes, or arches? I've heard that Bebo precast arches can have very long spans, but I've never heard of precast boxes anywhere near that long.
Agree with ACtrafficengr that anything with a span that long is a three hinged arch of the Bebo kind.
Or maybe you used 4 - 21' culverts side by side?
Most three sided culverts go up to mid 50' and certainly one reason for the lack of product above this isn't structural but weight related to shipping.

PENNDOT's LRFD Box Culvert Design and Rating Program (BXLRFD) Version 2.3.0.0 is available with an update license fee in accordance with the license agreement.
Consultants, governmental agencies and others, who have a current license agreement for BXLRFD, can obtain Version 2.3.0.0 by submitting a Software Update Request form with the appropriate update fee. Updates for BXLRFD Version 2.3.0.0 require an update fee of $500 for consultants and $50 for governmental agencies and educational institutions. Updates for BXLRFD Version 2.1.0.1 or earlier require an additional fee documented on the BXLRFD update fee details page. The update fee is waived for Federal and State Transportation Agencies. Use the Update Form located on the Ordering/Updating section.
