Does anyone know where I can get detailed information on Con Edison Transfomer Vaults. How to build, basic information, pictures, eng docs, etc ? Thanks...

Either they dont have a whole lot of information or I just can't find it on their web page ...I don't see any search field for Vaults ?

Try Utility Vault Company. The have divisions or partner companies all over North America and may have a predesigned vault for Con Ed.

Try the phone book, ask for engineering. It's amazing how well it can work.
