Can anybody advise on the computer program available on the design of sheet pile wall in the coastal area.

Try Shoring Suite from CivilTech ( This may cost about $1000.00 USA. It handles sheets and soldier beams. Or, try getting ProSheet from Skyline Steel or Arcelor. It's free but handles sheets only.
