Hi all,

I am specifying a corrugated copper gasket to sit between a 25mm diameter bolt (w/ 42mm diameter bolt head) and a steel wall.
I need to specify a gasket thickness that will deliver a compression of 1-2 mm when the bolt is loaded to 10 kN (the flexibility is intended to prevent warpage of the wall under large changes in temperature).

Does anyone know where I may find a guide to or standards regarding the compressibility of corrugated metal gaskets or corrugated metal sheets?

Thank you in advance,
David
