COMPRESS build 6255 with 2007 ASME Code released 1

COMPRESS build 6255 has been released. In addition to numerous other changes it includes the 2007 Edition of ASME Code Section VIII Division 1.

Division 2 will be released later due to the entire "rewrite" of this division of the ASME Code. There is a Code Case that permits use of the A06 Addenda for Division 2 designs for some time. I don't have that Code Case number handy at the moment but will post it later.

The simplest way to obtain the update is to click the "Get Updates" command on the COMPRESS Help menu. The software will automatically update itself.

The full build will be available on our website tomorrow.

Customers with subscriptions for CD-ROMs will receive those in a few weeks.
