I have a composite slab depression and was not sure what's the best way to detail it. (Especially at the location where the deck transitions). What is the best way to support the lower composite deck at that location ?

Perhaps, lower the beam and shim the high section with tube steel.

Or weld a ledger angle to the web of the beam to support the lower deck. Either way, I would move the beam a bit to the right so you don't have a sliver of concrete over the top of the flange on the left side.
