I am new to FEMAP and everything I have currently learnt to date is relating to metallic components. I now need to use this software to model a very simple layup under a 3 point bend loading condition and wondering if anyone can assist as the resources for basic step-by-step guides is very poor.

It is a laminate containing:
1. 0/90 Glass fibre
2. Foam core
3. O/90 Glass fibre

The geometry is just a rectangle 200 x 320 x 12mm thick and I have had a go at modelling this, creating the materials as per data sheets but not getting anywhere.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
