We are designing HSS sections filled with concrete. Some of the columns are fairly long (60'+). I have resources for the design, however I am unsure about concrete placement and curing in lengthy HSS columns. I would appreciate any information or advice regarding methods for concrete placement and curing. Thank you.

You might try calling a good contractor to get their opinion on the means of placing the concrete - but my first thought would be to tremie the tube - since it is so long I assume that it has a substantial cross-section and room enough for a tremie to be lowered to the bottom portions of the column. Then draw up the tremie as the concrete is placed.
