Component Grouping in Unigraphics?

Hi,

Can any one explain what is component grouping and also about arrangements in unigraphics, i am using with Unigraphics Nx8 series.
Please explain in detail were it will be using and why?

Assembly grouping need the advanced assembly license and the scope is to group componend using some type of filter to improve open performance and visualization only the designer need.
Arrangement doesn't need special license and the scope is to show component in different state or better position.
