Is Australia the only country in the world that requires manufacturers/importers of cabling products to apply a regulatory Telecommuncations Authority compliance mark to cables that are on the customer side of the boundary of a telecommunications network? e.g. if a security system is interfaced to a telecommunications network via telephone interface card or modem, all cables used to connect sensors, cameras, alarms etc. must be marked with the Australian Communications Authority (A-Tick) compliance symbol.
