Sorry, for my bad English...byt a menage somehow! Please tell me wich way is the best for mixing recycled popypropylene (carpets and jumbo bags) with kaolin, so that that mixture can be melting in extruder homogenicly without separation? Is it posible in mixer, adding little of water or maybe small amounth of plasticizers to join them in mixture ready for extruder! And what amount of CaCO3, kaolin, we are tolking about!?
(for manufacturing PP water drenage pipes)

Amount depends on the properties and cost you want.

You can go as high as 40%.

To do a good job you meed to meter the PP and CaCO3 separately at the feed of the extruder.

PP fibre is typically hard to meter and you might need to pellets first. This is sometimes done by rolling fibres on a hot plate to form a ball, but is also prone to form black specks.

Another method is to use cheaper methods that do not meter as accurately, then post blend the granule's.
