There is plenty of published data. You will have to make the comparison.
One thing will be apparent right away is that the steel has a fatigue limit, a stress level below which it will never fail. This isn't true for Ti, the line continues to drop with additional cycles.
This is one reason why stainless steel is used for hydraulic lines on aircraft in areas where they can't be serviced, they can be designed with infinite life.
