Hi all,

I am currently doing Civil engineering and Commerce and I am having trouble of choosing whether I should just stick with finance or partner finance with accounting or commercial law.

The downside of this would be is that I will have to overload some subjects.

Now my question is,

How helpful does having an accounting or finance or commercial law background to your civil engineering career?

Personally I would prefer to just stick with finance but almost everyone doing the double degree are all doing finance with their commerce major and I want to separate myself even more by sacrificing and doing extra subjects. However I just want to know whether it is worth it in the end.

Should I just major and stick to finance like most double degree students out there? (I like finance so far)

Thanks guys,
Jan
