combo box-saving the state of controls

HI Everybody,

I have question about saving stata of controls in combo box.
I can't find mistakes. Almost everything is ok, but it can't remember last selected position.
Maybe someone know what is wrong and how to do it to work?
In Attached I send my file (MC15)
