Combining two NX11 files together

I have two separate NX11 files, both are assemblies with components. I have a new design that requires both assemblies in the same design. I can clone one design and retain the drafting. How do I add the second assembly as a component and not lose the drafting for the second assembly?

Add both assemblies to another, higher level assembly
