I am looking for assistance in seating a Polycrystaline Diamond into a 17-4PH counterbore holder. The methodology used in the past and today is through brazing.

My question is: Even though this has been a preferred method in the past, is there another application( adhesives, etc.) that would make this task easier and less complicated.

Brazing - very strong
soldering - lower temp & cheaper but weaker
epoxy - cold process and weak
