COM API - Does CATIA support export FEA model to NASTRAN?

Hi experts,

I'm new in CATIA. I'm now trying to create a plug-in for CATIA. But I dont know how to export a FEA model to NASTRAN file.
Does CATIA support it (which version can be)? And how to I get it?
