Column Shear reinforcing

I am getting some strange results with my concrete column shear reinforcing. Concrete design is returning 5192mm2/m weak axis shear reinf and 8147mm2/m strong axis shear reinforcing. This is after specifying confinement bars with 20M bars @300oc when defining the column frame section. Does anyone know why it is returning such high values for required shear reinforcing. Screenshot and model attached.
