Hi,

Anyone knows a column design software like SPCol and CSICol for Australian market? Both did not support Australian code.

Thanks.

try ASBD (Autodesk Structural Bridge Design)
It can generate interaction curve, similar to SPcol/CSicol.

For NZ at least you can just use SPColumn. You can manually change all the stress block factors and strength reduction factors to meet NZ code (as we are essentially very similar to ACI derivation), might be able to do the same for Australian code?

I was going to comment the same as IDS before I read his post. Back when I used PCAColumn (the predecessor to SPColumn) you could adjust some of the factors. So much so, that I remember thinking that I should be able to use it for just about any code in the world.

I can't say that I really tested it out vs NZ code. But, someone else at my old company may have.
