In North America, what is the standard color for a reset push button?

I prefer blue, since that color isn't usually used for a lot of purposes, and it also is in line with NFPA 79.

NFPA 79, pp 10.2.2.7 Gives Blue, Black, White or Grey as acceptable colors for a reset PB. When they act as a stop, it requires Red.
 
There is NO STANDARD that is followed in the US for the color of pushbuttons or indicating lights across industries and applications.

You should use whatever colors that the plant staff is used to.
