Coldplate Tradeoff Study

Can anyone point me to a tradeoff study between the different kinds of liquid coldplates? I'm looking for the the relative merits, performance, and cost. For example, vacuum-brazed microchannel is one kind. Copper tube-in plate is another kind. Brazed Powder-Metal Copper is another.
