Cold weather construction costs

Does anyone have any information or know where I can get some on probable construction costs for the premium to perform cold weather concrete, interior finish, and exterior masonry work?

I don't know where you will any accurate figures because the climates, different job conditions and types of work.

If it is a large job, it probably spans a year of conditions, so you will have be hard pressed to isolate one specific trade. Masonry on a school will consist of a full cycle of work including interior and exterior over all seasons from a contractors bidding standpoint, with the scheduled works areas really unidentified from a seasonal standpoint.
