Hello

i Got situation at concrete work a big storm came and removed some place of form work and we stopped casting at floor 27 (level 80.4m) some of beams are half full the depth of slab is 14cm and beams 40cm what is your advice should i remove this part of hit epoxy and cast another part ?

Sorry to say it, but I think all that concrete has to be chipped out, and start again.

Agreed, the cost of trying to salvage what was poured and the delays to the project trying to work out the repair procedure will exceed the cost of demo and replacement. A hydroblasting machine might be your best bet to clear out the concrete without damaging the reinforcement.

I might do the hyrdroblasting for the slab but avoid the column areas as I wouldn't want to damage the column concrete below which I presume is good to go.

Yeah, hand lances horizontally/diagonally into the columns would probably work well enough and would hopefully leave an acceptable cold joint surface.
