Not exactly HVAC specific but hoping someone may have some information that can assist us. We have been asked to perform leak testing on HEPA equipped vacuums and negative air equipment used in the environmental remediation industries. Primarily the client wants to ensure the contractor has properly installed and maintained the filters and housing. Our understanding is the cold DOP is the most practical and useful equipment to use. While we have found ample information for DOP testing on duct equipped HVAC systems and clean rooms, we have yet to find protocol for these portable pieces of equipment. If anyone could point us in the right, would be much appreciated.
