I try to avoid coil spring first axial resonance in liquids coinciding with liquid wave frequencies in pipes. The frequencies of pipe liquids and coil springs in air are easy, but what is fluid loading on the coils? Blevins gives equations for simple plates. Typically 20% down with the liquid. Anyone measured it?
