COGO Program

I need a simple COGO program. It can run in ACAD or be a stand alone program. I don't want something like ACAD Land Development. It's too complicated for some of the simple things I need to figure out. I just need some basic curve data and area information.

I don't want to spend the next year trying to figure out Land Development. It's too complicated (and expensive).

Any suggestions?
