I have a berrylium copper with silver coated wire that I need to guide in a PCB. I can ether have the silver rub against copper plated hole or have non-Plated hole (FR4).I'm trying to make the hole as close to the wire diameter at possible (~.002" max diameter). Travel is about .005". It will travel a total of 10 times max.

FR4 has glass which I'm worried about. This isn't seeing any stress just need the friction as low as possible and make sure it doesn't gall/lock up. The wire is touching a very delicate piece that I don't want to put too much pressure on.

I can't find any information on the coefficient of friction of silver on copper.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might try making some experimental measurements.
