Code Case 1280 Gr 70 FBX?

Got a U-1 from 1963 listing Code Case 1280 Gr 70 Firebox for MOC. Can't seem to find really any info on it. Anyone know if that's equivalent to say... A-515-70 for impact properties?

If you want a definitive answer, I would contact the National Board and obtain the actual code case to review and determine.
