MCFD are thousand of cubic feet per day?
And you need to define also the conditions of temperature and pressure that you are using for this volumetric flow. Assuming standard, 1 atm and 60°F, CO2 liquid specific volume is 0.0197 lb/ft3. This is saturated CO2.
So:
16503 MSCFD x(1 lbmol/379.6 SCF) x (44 lb/lbmol)= 1,913 Mlb/day.
I have not at hand the compressibility of the liquid CO2, but I can imagine that the mentioned specific liquid volume (0.0197 lb/ft3) is more or less correct.
So, you have
1913 Mlb/day x (0.0197 ft3 liq CO2/lb) = 37,700 ft3 of liquid CO2 per day.
This is supposing that you have the CO2 at 60°F in your pipe.
The pipe diameter doesn't matter.
Have a safe day
