I am wondering if anyone can explain to me what this Seismic Factor is in Struwares CMU Wall Program Examples

under Loading, Lateral Loading? I don't know where to find or even determine the Seismic Factor and there is not much to it. Has anyone used Struwares CMU Slender wall spreadsheet? If so, how is it?

I'm not familiar with their spreadsheets and didn't dig into it much, but take a look at 12.11.1 of ASCE7-16 for Design of out of Plane forces for seismic. Fp = 0.4SdsIe and > 10% of weight of wall.
