Hello,

The length measuring accuraccy for CMM-s is stated with parameters E0,MPE and E150,MPE according to ISO 10360-2. Can someone please clarify:
1) What is the practical diffence between parameters E0,MPE and E150,MPE?
2) If for example the E0,MPE for given length equals to ±3.6 µm then is this for coverage factor k=2 (usually the case if coverage factor is not specially stated)? Or does it mean that with this parameter the coverage factor is not used at all and the result is with 100% certainty is in the stateted uncert. zone of ±3.6 µm ?

BR,
Pekkeri
