CMDDIA is not working 1

Our IT dept put a new printer in our dept. They gave it a different name. I run a script file for plotting. I usually can shut off the plot splash screen so I can see the line by line questions. I have cmddia set to 0 and I can still see the splashscreen. What am I doing wrong?

I forgot about that one. We have been using SolidWorks so AutoCad (2000) is for legacy data. Thanks Borgunit!!
